Staying here has been an indulgent experience. the luxurious amenities, such as the spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool and sauna, were exactly what I needed to unwind from a busy week. the massage and beauty treatments were top-notch and left me feeling pampered. the in-room breakfast was exceptional and the bar/lounge area had an extensive selection of drinks and offered amazing views of the city.
The elevator service was slow during peak hours, which was a bit frustrating. But it was a minor issue considering that all other aspects of this hotel were exceptional.

Room size is satisfactory for Japanese hotels. Some staff members were helpful during our stay. Convenient subway access. Impressive design in communal areas. Terrace attached to the room is a nice addition.

We had an amazing 5-night stay here. The staff were friendly and paid great attention to detail. The hotel's common areas, lounge, and restaurant had some of the best designs we've seen. The rooms were perfect. Plus, the hotel's direct exit to the subway station made it convenient, especially during rainy weather.
